Volga is a small town along the east side of South Dakota. Originally named “Bandy Town” after the Bandy family, early settlers of the land, the railroad later assigned the town’s name “Volga” after the Volga River in Russia. This water tank showcases the history from the early days of settlement and is coated in Series 700 HydroFlon to protect the exterior for several years to come.
