Hugo, OK

Located in southeastern Oklahoma lives Hugo, the home of the Hugo High School’s Buffaloes. The city was founded in 1901 and named after the French novelist Victor Hugo. The city also served as a winter quarters for some circus companies and performers in the postwar 20th century. The new composite elevated water tower was top-coated with Tnemec Series 700 HydroFlon.
