The vivid and very unique ground storage tank in Columbus, Ohio, was originally fabricated and coated in 1996, the same year it was named the Steel Plate Fabricators Association’s Steel Tank of the Year. The memorable mural on the tank has adorned the tank since then, but was repainted in 2019, using Tnemec’s high-performance, low VOC fluoropolymer finish, Series V701 Low VOC HydroFlon, to ensure color and gloss retention.
